研究目的：

对比传统的鼻导管氧疗，经鼻高流量湿化氧疗是否能减少高海拔地区患者麻醉胃镜期间低氧血症的发生率，从而改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the traditional nasal cannula oxygen therapy, can the high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy reduce the incidence of hypoxemia in patients having anesthesia for gastroscopy at high altitude, so as to improve the prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行择期麻醉胃镜的成人患者（18岁及以上）, 胃镜检查操作时间大于等于15分钟。

Inclusion criteria

Adults (>18 years of age) having anesthesia for elective gastroscopy with an anticipated duration >15 minutes were eligible for study participation.

排除标准：

返流误吸高风险患者（急诊、孕妇、胃食管返流等），面部或上呼吸道创伤不能佩戴者，鼻腔严重堵塞者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration (emergency, pregnant women, gastroesophageal reflux, etc.), facial or upper respiratory tract trauma, severe nasal obstruction.
