研究目的：

肺淋巴上皮样瘤样癌（PLELC）是非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的独特且罕见的亚型，在 2015 年世界卫生组织中被重新分类为“其他未分类的癌症”肺癌的分类，并与 EB 病毒（EBV）感染有关。已有研究显示，该类患者EGFR 和ALK的突变率低于其他常见类型的 NSCLC，目前常用靶向药物治疗手段有限，有必要进一步努力探索其他，以优化 PLELC 的治疗策略，延长患者生存时间。本研究的目的是通过WES及RNA转录组的检测进行原发性肺淋巴上皮瘤样癌的基因学分析，希望通过该研究发现与PLELC患者有关的基因组位点，探讨有效的靶向治疗方案，如果有结果将对指导其今后的临床治疗具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (PLELC) is a unique and rare subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).In the 2015 World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Lung Tumors, pulmonary LELC was moved from large cell carcinoma to other and unclassified carcinomas,is related to EBV infection.Studies have shown that the mutation rate of EGFR and ALK in this type is lower than other common types of NSCLC.The present commonly used targeted drug are limited in PLELC. It is necessary to make further efforts to explore other treatment strategies to optimize PLELC treatment strategies and prolong the survival time of patients.The purpose of this study is to conduct genetic landscap of primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma through WES and RNA transcriptome detection. It is hoped that the study illustrates a distinct genomic landscape of PLELC and provides a road map to facilitate genome-guided treatment.If there are results,it will be of great significance to guide their future clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经病理学和细胞学明确诊断为PLELC；
2、免疫组化或原位杂交EBV编码RNA（EBRAs）阳性；
3、鼻咽镜检查或鼻窦CT或MRI排除鼻咽癌肺转移；
4、有病理组织标本，并且提取病理切片中有足够的肿瘤组织；
5、PS评分根据美国东部肿瘤协作组织体能状态评分评定，PS 评分 0-2 分；

Inclusion criteria

1. It is pathologically diagnosed as PLELC;
2. Immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization of EBV coding RNAs (EBRAs) are positive;
3. Nasopharyngoscopy or CT or MRI of the Nasopharynx to rule out Nasopharyngeal carcinoma lung metastasis;
4. There are pathological tissue specimens, and there are enough tumor cells in the extracted pathological sections;
5. The PS score is evaluated according to the physical status score of the Eastern Tumor Collaborative Organization of the United States, PS 0-2;

排除标准：

1、临床资料和/或随访资料不全者；
2、合并其他恶性肿瘤或混合其他类型肺癌；
3、鼻咽癌肺转移；
4、PS 评分 3-5 分；
5、不愿意参加者。（有以上条件之一者即排除）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data or follow-up data;
2. Combined with other malignant tumors or mixed with other types of lung cancer;
3. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma lung metastasis;
4. PS score 3-5;
5. Those who do not want to participate. (Those with one of the above conditions will be excluded)
