研究目的：

本研究欲研发检测牙周炎患者龈沟液中炎症因子(IL-1β，MMP-8和TNF-α)、micro RNA（miR-146a和miR-155）的即时检测平台.通过长期监测患者治疗随访期间各因子变化情况，辅助医生判断牙周炎的即时状态。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a point-of-care testing system for the detection gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors (IL-1β,MMP-8 and TNF-α) and miRNA (miR-146 and miR-155) in periodontitis patients. To assist dentists judging the present states of periodontitis by monitoring level changes of these factors during the treatment and the follow-up in the long term.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，年龄限制在18-65岁之间；
2.除第三磨牙外，全口余留牙≥20颗；

Inclusion criteria

1.There is no gender limit, and the age limit is between 18-65 years old;
2.Except for the third molar, there are more than 20 remaining teeth in the whole mouth;

排除标准：

1.12个月内牙周治疗史；
2.全身系统性疾病；
3.3个月内曾使用抗生素、免疫抑制剂、抗炎药等；
4.吸烟；
5.孕期及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of periodontal treatment within 12 months;
2.Systemic diseases;
3.Subjects had used antibiotics, immunosuppressants or anti-inflammatory drugs within 3 months;
4.Smoking;
5.Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

临床指标，包括牙周袋探诊深度，探诊出血、出血指数、附着丧失水平，骨吸收水平、缺牙数、菌斑指数等。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Clinical indicators, including PD, BOP, BI, CAL, BL, missing teeth, PLI, etc..

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

使用自主研发的即时检测平台和实验室方法（ELISA法和PCR法）检测龈沟液中炎症因子（IL-1β，MMP-8和TNF-α）和micro RNA（miR-146a，miR-155）的表达水平并进行结果对比。

Index test:

Detect and compare levels of inflammatory factors (IL-1β,MMP-8 and TNF-α) and miRNA (miR-146 and miR-155) from gingival crevicular fluid by novel point-of-care testing system and laboratory methods (i.e. ELISA and PCR), respectively.
