研究目的：

本研究在前期基础上，首次对云南迪庆州藏族、傈僳族原住民及同居住地汉族进行干眼症流行病学调查及睑脂微生物菌群结构分析，了解该地区干眼症患病率、初步建立相关人群睑脂菌群数据库，分析干眼症人群与正常人群间以及不同民族之间睑脂微生物结构变化与疾病发病的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to understand the prevalence of dry eye disease in Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and to preliminarily establish the database of eyelid fat flora of related population, the epidemiological survey and the analysis of eyelid fat microbial flora structure were conducted among Tibetan and Lisu aborigines and Han people living together in Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.疾病组：
(1) 有明确的眼部干燥或异物感，眼前节综合分析达到干眼诊断指标；
(2) 有睑板腺功能障碍；
(3）40岁及40岁以上；
2.对照组：
(1) 无明确眼部干燥或异物感；
(2) 眼前节综合分析为正常眼表状态；
(3) 40岁及40岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Disease group:
(1) There is a clear eye dryness or foreign body sensation, and comprehensive analysis of the anterior segment reaches the diagnostic index of dry eye;
(2) There is meibomian gland dysfunction;
(3) 40 years old and above;
2. Control group:
(1) No clear eye dryness or foreign body sensation;
(2) Comprehensive analysis of the anterior segment is a normal ocular surface state;
(3) 40 years old and above.

排除标准：

1、除外眼表物理化学损伤、倒睫、胬肉、睑缘炎、沙眼、翼状胬肉、正在发作期的 结膜炎、角膜炎、睑板腺功能障碍、泪囊炎、Sjogren’s 综合征、瘢痕性类天疱疮等影 响眼表结构或功能的疾病；
2．手术史，如青光眼手术史或其他损伤结膜的手术；
3．某些药物过敏史，如丝裂霉素 C、妥布霉素等；
4．全身严重疾病史，如心肺功能严重受损或其他不能耐受研究的疾病；
5．患者因素，如幼儿、精神异常、患者缺乏合作、依从性差者；
6．正参加其它临床试验的患者；研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Except physical and chemical injury of ocular surface, trichiasis, pterygium, blepharitis, trachoma, pterygium, conjunctivitis in attack period, keratitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, dacryocystitis, Sjogren's syndrome, cicatricial pemphigoid and other diseases affecting ocular surface structure or function;
2. Operation history, such as glaucoma operation history or other conjunctival injury operation;
3. History of drug allergy, such as mitomycin C and tobramycin;
4. History of serious systemic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other intolerable diseases;
5. Patient factors, such as children, mental disorders, lack of cooperation and poor compliance;
6. Patients participating in other clinical trials; researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
