研究目的：

1、比较经鼻胃镜与静脉麻醉胃镜、常规胃镜的安全性、诊断准确性及患者的满意度； 2、观察经鼻胃镜的并发症、对中国人群上消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断率。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the diagnostic effectiveness, cardiopulmonary safety, and patient comfort of transnasal endoscopy (TNE), compared with conventional endoscopy (CES) and sedated endoscopy (SES), and to compare procedural risks and patient satisfaction/preference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 上消化道症状：如上腹痛、胸骨后痛、腹胀、吞咽困难、食欲下降、上消化道出血等；
2. 年龄18-80岁，男女不限；
3. 能正确回答问卷调查；
4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years old;
2. Upper GI symptoms, including upper abdominal pain, retrosternal pain, abdominal distension, dysphagia, loss of appetite, and upper GI bleeding;
3. Ability to respond to a self-administered questionnaire, and being na?ve to TNE

排除标准：

1. 对镇静麻醉药物过敏；
2. 鼻腔及上腹部手术史；
3. 内镜下治疗；
4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5. 精神障碍；
6. 同时存在严重疾病如未控制的高血压、糖尿病、严重的肝病、肾脏病、心肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to any sedative or anesthetic;
2. Previous history of nasal or abdominal trauma or surgery;
3. Requirement for any possible endoscopic intervention;
4. Pregnancy or lactation;
5. Psychiatric condition and inability to provide informed consent;
6. Uncontrolled hypertension, unstable diabetes mellitus, serious hepatic or renal dysfunction, or cardiopulmonary compromise
