研究目的：

超声引导下囊周神经群阻滞在股骨骨折术后是否具有良好的镇痛效果；  

Objectives of Study：

Whether ultrasound-guided pericystic nerve block has a good analgesic effect after femoral fracture surgery;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

嘉兴市第一医院行择期单侧股骨骨折手术并接受全身麻醉的患者60 例，年龄18~80岁，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级，BMI18.5~23.9kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Sixty patients, aged 18-80 years, underwent elective unilateral femoral fracture surgery and received general anesthesia in the First Hospital of Jiaxing City, ASA Ⅰ~ moderate grade, BMI18.5-23.9 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1）休克或昏迷状态；(2)心、肺、肝、肾及凝血功能异常；(3) 拟行阻滞区域感染，阻滞侧肢体严重神经损伤；(4)有慢性疼痛服用镇痛药物史、服用精神病物病史、放化疗病史，对非甾体类抗炎药物有禁忌症的患者；(5)对局麻药如利多卡因、罗哌卡因以及全身麻醉药物过敏患者；（6）患者及家属拒绝手术麻醉。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Shock or coma;
(2) abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function;
(3) Intended block area infection, severe nerve injury of the block side limb;
(4) Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain, a history of psychotropic substance use, a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and contraindications to NSAIDs;
(5) Patients with allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthesia;
(6) Patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
