探讨晚断脐对剖宫产双胎的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of delayed cord clamping on twins by cesarean delivery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）双绒双羊双胎
（2）剖宫产
（3）孕周≥34周

Inclusion criteria

（1）Diamniotic twin
（2）Cesarean delivery
（3）Infants delivered at?≥?34 weeks of gestational age

排除标准：

（1）癌症
（2）母亲血液系统疾病或中重度贫血，血质素水平<99
（3）严重肝肾功能疾病
（4）重度子痫前期
（5）影响胎儿血液及胆红素代谢的疾病：胎盘早剥，前置胎盘，前置血管破裂等；
（6）双胎输血综合征
（7）产后发现畸形者（不包括外观轻度畸形）；胎死宫内；急性胎儿宫内窘迫；一胎死亡

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Cancer
（2）Gestational conditions of mothers Maternal moderate/severe anemia was defined as a hemoglobin level? （3）Mothers with severe cardiopulmonary liver and kidney dysfunction
（4）Mothers with severe preeclampsia
（5）Disease related to the diseasemetabolism of bilirubin
（6）Twin transfusion syndrome
（7）Fetal death, stillbirth, and malformed fetuses
