（1）了解血液肿瘤患者经济毒性现状 （2） 探索血液肿瘤患者经济毒性的相关因素 （3） 探索血液肿瘤患者经济毒性的应对策略  

Objectives of Study：

（1） to investigate the prevalence of financial toxicity in patients with hematology disorders (2) to explore the associated factors with financial toxicity (3) to explore patients' coping strategies with financial toxicity

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄 18 岁及以上； (2) 确诊为白血病、淋巴瘤或骨髓瘤， 且正在或至少接受一期的治疗方案； (3) 能够听懂及阅读中文； (4) 愿意参加研究者且能够提供书面知情同意者

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 18 or above (2) being diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma (3) be able to read and write Chinese (4) willing to participate and be able to provide written consent

排除标准：

病情危重者、 有认知障碍或精神疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

with severe illness or at the end stage of diseases or having cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用具有密码保护的电脑终端进行数据库的建立，同时建立的数据库也进行加密处理。仅研究者和研究助理有存取数据库的权限。 所有的纸质数据将由研究者保存在一个带锁的资料柜中，仅研究者有存取的权限；在研究结束后将粉碎性销毁。所有的数据经过脱敏处理，形成的电子数据将加密保存在研究者的电脑中，仅研究者有存取的权限。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Electronic data will be kept in PI's computer with password protected. The electronic database will be also encrypted. The paper questionnaires will be locked in a cabinet in PI's office. Only PI and the research assistant have the right to access the data.
