回顾性病例对照研究，以评价术中零阿片类药物维持麻醉对镇痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective case-control study was conducted to evaluate the effect of zero opioid maintenance anesthesia on analgesia during surgery.

纳入标准：

2018年1月至2021年4月于嘉兴市第一医院行胸外科手术，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Thoracic surgery was performed in the First Hospital of Jiaxing City from January 2018 to April 2021, ASA Ⅰ~ fair.

排除标准：

（1）手术仅在局部麻醉、区域麻醉或麻醉监护下进行；(2) 既往存在慢性疼痛病史或一直存在慢性疼痛的症状 ；(3) 在手术期间或手术后立即死亡的患者；(4) 有严重肝肾功能不全、凝血功能严重异常的患者；(5)麻醉药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Surgery is performed only under local anesthesia, regional anesthesia or anesthesia monitoring;
(2) have a history of chronic pain or persistent symptoms of chronic pain;
(3) Patients who died during or immediately after surgery;
(4) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and severe abnormal coagulation function;
(5) Anesthetic drug allergy.
