研究目的:

基于3D打印技术,开发出完整的计算机辅助骨科手术规划系统,以此为基础,设计出针对手术个性化需求的辅助手术模板及半骨盆重建假体,并通过3D打印技术制备。明确3D打印技术在骨盆肿瘤的个体化保肢重建治疗中的安全性及有效性、以及优势,形成3D打印技术在骨盆肿瘤保肢重建中应用的治疗路径及规范.  

Objectives of Study:

To develop a complete computer assisted orthopaedic surgery planning system based on 3D printing technology. To design and produce the individualized surgery assisted template and half pelvic prosthesis through 3D printing technology. And then to clear the safety, effectiveness and advantages of 3D printing technology in the individualized limb-salvage reconstruction of the pelvic tumors. At last, to formate the application path and specification of 3D printing technology in the treatment of pelvic tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、16岁以上和85岁以下我国公民;
2、血小板5万以上,血糖不高于10.0,白细胞不低于4.0×109/L万,营养状况良好;
3、甲肝、乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病、结核等传染性疾病处于非活动期;
4、原发性骨盆骨肿瘤无转移或仅有单发转移灶;
5、单发骨盆转移瘤,且原发灶病情可被有效控制;
6、累及髋关节恶性肿瘤保肢切除需要功能重建;
7、无植入禁忌者;
8、预计术后生存期高于2年以上;
9、三个月内未参加过任何临床验证者;
10、同意参加本次试验,理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 16 years of age or older, and our citizens under the age of 85 years;
2. platelets above 50000, blood sugar is not higher than 10.0, white blood cells no less than 4.0 x10^9/L, good nutritional status;
3. hepatitis a, hepatitis b, hepatitis c, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases are not in the activity stage;
4. primary pelvic bone tumors without metastasis, or only single metastases;
5. single pelvic metastase , and the primary focal disease can be effectively controlled.
6. involving the hip malignant tumor limb-salvage excision need function reconstruction;
7. no implant contraindication;
8. postoperative survival above 2 years or more;
9. do not attend any clinical validation within three months;
10. agreed to participate in the test, understand and sign informed consent.

排除标准:

1、全身和局部的任何活动性感染;
2、一般状况较差,严重营养不良或恶病质,血糖控制较差者;
3、原发骨肿瘤已发生多处骨转移;
4、多发骨转移瘤,或原发灶病情较重无法根治;
5、骨缺损及软组织累及较重影响到植入物的固定稳定性;
6、对所用材料过敏;
7、预计生存期不超过两年者;
8、不能按期随诊或因其他原因不能与研究者配合者;
9、对本试验所用新技术不能接受者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. any active systemic and local infection;
2. poor general condition, severe malnutrition or cachexia, poor blood sugar control.
3. multi-bone metastases;
4. multiple bone metastases, or primary focal disease too severe to be effectively treated;
5. defects of bone and soft tissue involvement heavily influence the implant stability;
6. allergic to the material;
7. estimated lifetime is not more than two years;
8. not timely follow-up, or for other reasons can't cooperate with researchers;
9. can not accepte the new technology.
