研究目的：

1. 制订鼻咽癌放射性颅底骨坏死及颈内动脉受累程度的评估标准 2. 探究血管化组织瓣联合颈内动脉覆膜支架保护技术治疗鼻咽癌放射性颅底骨坏死的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish the evaluation criteria for skull base radionecrosis and involvement of the internal carotid artery in nasopharyngeal carcinoma 2. To explore the clinical efficacy of pedicled flap combined with coated stent in treatment for skull base radionecrosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）鼻咽癌放疗后出现严重头痛、鼻腔异味、反复鼻出血的患者。
（2）内镜、影像学证实的sbORN、及坏死后脓腔形成。
（3）病理排除肿瘤残留、或放疗后复发。
（4）ICA受累程度分级1-4级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with severe headache, nasal odor and repeated nasal bleeding after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
(2) sbORN confirmed by endoscopy and imaging, and abscess cavity formation after necrosis.
(3) Residue of tumor or recurrence after radiotherapy were excluded by pathology.
(4) ICA level of involvement 1-4.

排除标准：

（1）病理确诊为鼻咽癌残留、或放疗后鼻咽癌复发患者。
（2）坏死未波及ICA（ICA受累程度分级0级）。
（3）缺乏合作或理解，及无法完成问卷调查者。
（4）拒绝参加本临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients diagnosed by pathology as residual nasopharyngeal carcinoma or recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
(2) The necrosis was not affected by ICA (ICA involvement grade 0).
(3) Lack of cooperation or understanding, and inability to complete the survey.
(4) Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
