研究目的：

1、了解乳腺癌小病灶的超声表现及特点，提高乳腺癌诊断率； 2、通过观察和活检，评估各组观察患者乳腺癌的风险率，降低不必要活检率；3、选择合适的临床途径处理小病灶。  

Objectives of Study：

1. understand the breast cancer incidence of the patients who are under the surgery in each group; 2. Assess the risk of breast cancer patients were observed in each group; 3. To find an appropriate way to detect breast cancer early and reduce unnecessary biopsy.

纳入标准：

1.患者知情同意参加临床试验，并自愿接受随访; 2.大于35岁B超发现小于等于1.0厘米病灶的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients agree to take part in a clinical trial and voluntarily accept follow-up;
2. The breast focus less or equal to 1.0 cm detected by type B ultrasound in the patients over 35 years.

排除标准：

1.病灶经过手术切除并且得到病理证实的患者。2.经过连续两次的复查病灶无变化或者病灶消失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the focus have surgical resection and get pathology.
