运用代谢组学及分子生物学技术，从内源性活性物质代谢与免疫角度，探索溃疡性结肠炎的相关病理机制  

Objectives of Study：

Explore pathological mechanism of ulcerative colitis from the aspects of endogenous active metabolism and immunity based on metabonomics and molecular biologic techniques

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、溃疡性结肠炎受试者纳入标准：（1）符合溃疡性结肠炎西医诊断标准，病情分期为活动期或缓解期的患者。（2）年龄在25～65岁之间，性别不限。（3）知情同意，自愿受试。获得知情同意书过程应符合伦理原则。
2、健康受试者纳入标准：（1）在本院体检的健康志愿者。（2）年龄在25～65岁之间，性别不限。（3）知情同意，自愿受试。获得知情同意书过程应符合伦理原则。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria of ulcerative colitis:
(1) Accord with diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis, activity or remission;
(2) Male and female, aged between 18-65;
(3) Informed consent is signed.
2. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers:
(1) Healthy volunteers who have a check-up in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM;
(2) Male and female, aged between 18-65;
(3) Informed consent is signed.

排除标准：

1、溃疡性结肠炎受试者排除标准：（1）细菌性痢疾、阿米巴痢、慢性血吸虫病、肠结核等感染性结肠炎及克罗恩氏病、缺血性肠炎、放射性肠炎患者。（2）有严重并发症如局部狭窄、肠梗阻、肠穿孔、中毒性结肠扩张、大出血、结肠癌、直肠癌患者。（3）具有其他原发性、继发性感染性疾病患者，如胆囊炎、肺炎等。（4）具有心血管、肝胆、肺、肾、血液系统严重疾病者。（5）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。（6）法律规定的残疾患者（盲，聋，哑，智力障碍，精神障碍，肢体残疾）。
2、健康受试者排除标准：（1）具有原发性、继发性感染性疾病患者，如胆囊炎、肺炎等。（2）具有炎症性肠病家族史者。（3）具有心血管、肝胆、肺、肾、血液系统严重疾病者。（4）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。（5）法律规定的残疾者（盲，聋，哑，智力障碍，精神障碍，肢体残疾）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria of ulcerative colitis:
(1) Subject with bacillary dysentery, Amoebic dysentery, Chronic schistosomiasis, Tuberculosis of the intestines and Crohn's disease, Ischemic colitis, Radiation enteritis;
(2) Subject with serious complications such as Local stenosis, Intestinal obstruction, Intestinal perforation, Toxic colon dilatation, Bleeding, Colon Cancer, Colorectal cancer;
(3) Subject with other primary or secondary infectious diseases, such as cholecystitis and pneumonia;
(4) Subjects with severe disease of heart, liver, cholecyst, lung, kidney and blood system;
(5) Woman who is pregnant. Woman who is breast-feeding baby;
(6) Patients with disabilities in law.
2. Exclusion criteria of healthy volunteers:
(1) Subject with primary or secondary infectious diseases,such as cholecystitis and pneumonia;
(2) Subject with a family history of Inflammatory bowel disease;
(3) Subjects with severe disease of heart, liver, cholecyst, lung, kidney and blood system;
(4) Woman who is pregnant. Woman who is breast-feeding baby;
(5) Patients with disabilities in law.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据记录在纸质研究病历中，保存于江苏省中医院。研究者必须在研究开始的同时书写研究病历，保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。每一受试者观察结束后，研究者应在3个工作日内将研究病历交项目负责人审核、签名、保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data will be recorded in paper medical records,which will be saved in jiangsu province hospital of TCM. Researchers must fill in the medical records at the start of the study, and ensure that the data were recorded timely,completely,accurately and truly.The paper medical records should be submitted to the head in 3 workdays when the observation was finished.The head should be in charge of the check,signature and preservation.
