评估抗磷脂抗体预测临床血栓高风险住院患者发生血栓性疾病的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of antiphospholipid antibodies in predicting thrombotic events in hospitalized patients at high risk of clinical thrombus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.经我院专业临床医师评估为血栓形成的高危人群；
3.患者病历资料完善；
4.患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. At high risk of thrombosis assessed by professional clinicians of our hospital;
3. With complete hospitalization data and medical records;
4. Agree to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.孕妇；
2.既往存在明确血栓性疾病史；
3.合并传染性疾病或者恶性肿瘤；
4.存在认知障碍或无法收集生物学样本或无法完成适当的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman;
2. A clear history of thrombotic disease in the past;
3. Concomitant with infectious diseases or malignant tumors;
4. Cognitive impairment or inability to collect biological samples or inability to complete appropriate follow-up.
