研究目的：

本课题拟通过临床研究的方法，观察TEAS治疗后DOR患者潮热评分（潮热频率、潮热严重程度）等主观感受指标及客观指标血清激素水平（E2、5-HT）的变化，评估TEAS对DOR患者潮热症状的治疗作用。以期为TEAS治疗DOR患者的潮热症状提供更多基层医疗单位的数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the changes of subjective sensation indexes such as hot flashes score (hot flashes frequency and hot flashes severity) and serum hormone level (E2 and 5-HT) in DOR patients after treatment TEAS, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of TEAS on hot flashes in DOR patients through clinical research.Finally,to provide more data from community healthcare center for TEAS treating hot flashes in DOR patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合卵巢储备功能减退期诊断标准;
(2) 有潮热症状。潮热症状的具体表现为，突然开始于前胸，延及颈面部皮肤的潮红、出汗，常持续数秒至数分钟消退。
(3) 治疗前3个月未使用任何激素类药物治疗，未接受过类似的治疗。
(4) 年龄大于18周岁。
(5) 能做到知情同意，并且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conform to diagnostic criteria of DOR;
(2) Hot flashes. The specific manifestations of hot flashes are flushing and sweating that suddenly starts in the chest and extends to the neck and face, and usually lasts for several seconds to subside in a few minutes .
(3) No hormone drugs were used for 3 months before treatment, and no similar treatments were received.
(4) Older than 18 years of age.  
(5) Able to give informed consent and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 因卵巢局部手术引起卵巢储备功能下降的患者。
(2) 肿瘤患者，因放化疗引起卵巢储备功能减退者。
(3) 因服用激素、免疫抑制剂等药物引起的卵巢储备功能减退者。
(4) 合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病者。
(5) 合并甲状腺功能异常，但是有潮热等症状的卵巢储备功能减退患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with DOR due to local ovarian surgery.
(2) Tumor patients, ovarian reserve function decreased due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
(3) Decreased ovarian reserve function caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs.
(4) patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
(5) Patients with reduced ovarian reserve function complicated with thyroid dysfunction but with hot flashes and other symptoms.
