研究目的：

评价一次性电子胃镜及电子内窥镜图像处理器用于上消化道检查的临床安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of disposable electronic gastroscope and electronic endoscope image processor for upper gastrointestinal examination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～75岁，性别不限；
（2）健康体检人群；
（3）自愿参加本临床试验，已签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Age from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender
（2）People undergoing a health checkup
（3）Volunteer to participate in this clinical trial and have signed a written informed consent

排除标准：

（1）存在胃镜检查禁忌症者：①有胸腹腔主动脉瘤者；②有高度脊柱畸形者；③严重的心脑血管疾病者；④严重心肺功能不全预计无法耐受胃镜检查者；⑤上消化道巨大憩室者； ⑥上消化道急性炎症者； ⑦合并全身出血性疾病，或凝血功能异常且有出血倾向者； ⑧患有精神疾病或严重智力障碍不能配合内镜检查者；
（2）妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
（3）急诊胃镜检查和（或）治疗者；
（4）既往有上消化道手术史者；
（5）筛选前1个月曾参加其它临床试验者；
（6）既往有麻醉药物过敏史者；
（7）研究者认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）people with contraindications to gastroscopy①people with Thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysm②people with High-grade spinal deformity③people with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases④people with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency⑤people with huge diverticulum of upper gastrointestinal tract ⑥people with acute inflammation of upper gastrointestinal tract⑦people with systemic bleeding disorders or abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency⑧people with mental illness or severe intellectual disability
（2）Pregnant and lactating women
（3）people who need mergency gastroscopy and/or treatment
（4）people who have a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery
（5）people who participated in other clinical trials 1 month ago
（6）People with a history of allergy to anesthetics
（7）people who are not suitable to participate in this trial
