研究目的：

探讨健康的年轻人（20-30岁），经历短暂的睡眠剥夺后血液（血浆蛋白、血液单核细胞转录水平以及血液中代谢物）的多组学分子变化，发掘睡眠剥夺对人体健康的危险因子并评估其与某些疾病的关联性（肝肾功能障碍、心律血压异常、AD或者糖尿病等等）。从分子水平上揭示短暂睡眠剥夺对健康的危害，并为临床上某些疾病的预防或诊断提供参考价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the multi-omics molecular changes in the blood (plasma protein, blood monocyte transcription level and blood metabolites) in healthy young people (20-30 years old) after a brief sleep deprivation, and discover the risk factors of sleep deprivation on human health and evaluate its association with certain diseases (liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal heart rhythm and blood pressure, AD or diabetes, etc.). This study reveals the harm of temporary sleep deprivation to health at the molecular level, and provides reference value for the prevention or diagnosis of certain diseases in clinic.

纳入标准：

年龄在20-30的男性和女性，基础问卷调查完善，容易随访。

Inclusion criteria

For men and women aged 20-30, basic questionnaires are complete and easy to follow up.

排除标准：

睡眠障碍，BMI不在 19.5-24kg/m^2范围，糖尿病FPG> 126 mg/dL or HbA1C>5.7%，高血压 (>140/90 mmHg)，高甘油三酯血症>4.0μg/ mL，抽烟喝酒，患有慢性疾病，心脏病，肿瘤癌症，实验期间出现样本破损丢失。

Exclusion criteria：

Sleep disorders, BMI is not in the range of 19.5-24kg/m^2, diabetes FPG> 126 mg/dL or HbA1C>5.7%, hypertension (>140/90 mmHg), hypertriglyceridemia>4.0μg/ml, smoking and drinking, Suffering from chronic diseases, heart disease, tumors and cancer, samples were damaged and lost during the experiment.
