研究目的：

评价一次性电子结肠镜用于下消化道检查临床安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of disposable electronic colonoscopy in lower gastrointestinal tract examination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验采用非随机、开放性、单臂临床试验。 受试者按入选和排除标准进行筛选，筛选合格后入组，使用一次性电子结肠镜进行检查。根据图像质量、临床操作体验、器械故障/缺陷、器械相关的不良事件等来综合评价试验产品的安全性和有效性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The trial was a non-randomized, open-ended, one-arm clinical trial. The subjects were screened according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, and were selected to be admitted to the study group using a disposabl electronic colonoscopy. The safety and effectiveness of the test products were evaluated based on image quality, clinical experience, device failure/defect, device-related adverse events, etc. . 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～75岁，性别不限；
2.需要进行电子结肠镜检查；
3.自愿参加本临床试验，已签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-75, Sex Unlimited;
2.Electronic colonoscopy required;
3.Voluntary participation in this clinical trial, has signed a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在结肠镜检查禁忌症患者：
(1)有腹腔动脉瘤者；
(2)有腹膜炎或有肠穿孔症状者；
(3)严重的心脑血管疾病者；
(4)急性放射性结肠炎患者；
(5)晚期肿瘤伴盆腔转移和（或）明显腹水者；
(6)腹腔或盆腔手术后有严重和广泛粘连者；
(7)合并全身出血性疾病，或凝血功能异常且有出血倾向者；
(8)月经期间女性患者；
(9)患有精神疾病或严重智力障碍不能配合内镜检查者；
(10)结肠巨大憩室者；
2.有结肠切除手术史者；
3.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
4.急诊结肠镜检查和（或）治疗者；
5.筛选前1个月曾参加其它临床试验者；
6.既往有对麻醉药物过敏史者；
7.研究者认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with contraindications to colonoscopy:
(1)Patients with abdominal cavity aneurysm;
(2)Those with peritonitis or symptoms of intestinal perforation;
(3)Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
(4)Patients with acute radiation colitis;
(5)Late-stage tumors with pelvic metastasis and/or obvious ascites;
(6)Severe and extensive adhesions after abdominal or pelvic surgery;
(7)Patients with combined systemic bleeding diseases, or abnormal blood coagulation function with bleeding tendency;
(8)Female patients during menstruation;
(9)Those who suffer from mental illness or severe intellectual disability who cannot cooperate with endoscopy;
(10)Those with huge diverticulum in the colon;
2.Those who have a history of colectomy;
3.Pregnant and lactating women;
4.Emergency colonoscopy and/or treatment;
5.Participants in other clinical trials 1 month before screening;
6.Those who have a history of allergies to anesthetics;
7.The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this trial.
