研究目的:

我们拟通过该研探讨无创多模态监测设备(包括无创脑水肿动态监护仪和脑氧饱和度监测仪)在儿童颅脑术后监测的应用价值,验证其可行性及敏感性,探讨其对于降低颅脑损伤的致残率和死亡率的临床意义,为未来颅脑术后患儿继发性脑损伤的诊疗及监护提供理论依据及临床经验。  

Objectives of Study:

Through this study, we intend to verify the feasibility and sensitivity of multimodality monitoring equipment (including non-invasive brain edema dynamic monitoring and cerebral tissue oxygen saturation monitoring) in the monitoring of children after craniocerebral surgery, and explore its clinical significance in reducing the disability rate and mortality of the disease, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of secondary brain injury in children after craniocerebral surgery in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.0岁≤年龄≤16岁,性别不限;
2.颅脑损伤术后,包括创伤性颅脑损伤术后、颅内肿瘤术后、颅内血管畸形矫治术后等;
3.颅骨完整,翼点附近及眉弓上方无创口或穿刺创口直径<2cm,若行去骨瓣减压术则需骨瓣放回缝合2天后。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 0 and 16 years with no restriction on sex;
2.Recovering from surgical treatment for craniocerebral injury;
3.Complete skull, no wound near the wing point or above the brow arch or the diameter of the puncture wound is less than 2 cm, and if decompressive craniectomy is performed, the monitor should conduct after the bone flaps be replaced and sutured for 2 days.

排除标准:

1.头颅部有金属植入物者;
2.头颈部有皮肤损害影响电极粘贴者;
3.对电极片粘贴极过敏者;
4.烦躁、精神异常不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Metal implants in the skull;
2.Dermatosis in the head and neck affecting electrode stickers;
3.Anaphylaxis to electrode stickers heavily;
4.Patients with delirium or mental disorders.
