研究目的: |
本项目在前期研究基础上,聚焦于影像学与血液生物标记物联合表征的一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤机制模型建构,突破其损伤的动态时变性、结构功能共变性、个体差异性的研究方法瓶颈,围绕脑连接模型建构、血液生物标记物定量分析线展开研究。首先,区别于以往CT技术灵敏度低的问题,采用多时点动态跟踪磁共振成像技术,研发脑网络属性表征与结构功能耦合共变方法,构建损伤机制动态模型;其次,区别于以往一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤后遗症评价的主观偏倚性问题,引入多维血液神经损伤生物标记物客观指标,并研发基于个体差异的模式识别预后分类方法,实现损伤机制模型的定量分析。建构基于个体差异的一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤及预后发生发展变化的分析方法框架及生理解释模型。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Based on the previous research, this project focuses on the construction of a carbon monoxide toxic brain injury mechanism model characterized by the combination of imaging and blood biomarkers, and breaks the bottleneck of the research method of the dynamic time variability of the damage, the covariance of structure and function, and the individual difference. Research on the construction of brain connection model and the quantitative analysis line of blood biomarkers. First of all, it is different from the problem of low sensitivity of the previous CT technology. It uses multi-point dynamic tracking MRI technology to develop a method of coupling covariation of brain network attribute characterization and structure function to construct a dynamic model of damage mechanism; secondly, it is different from the previous carbon monoxide poisoning brain The subjective bias problem of the evaluation of injury sequelae, the introduction of multi-dimensional blood nerve injury biomarker objective indicators, and the development of a pattern recognition prognostic classification method based on individual differences, to achieve quantitative analysis of injury mechanism models.
