研究目的：

比较通过超声内镜引导下对胰腺癌病灶不同部位行细针穿刺的诊断准确率  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the diagnostic accuracy between the different sites of EUS needle aspiration in pancreatic cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、临床或是其他影像学检查诊断或怀疑有胰腺实质性占位
2、病灶直径≥2cm

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosed or suspected solid pancreatic lesions according to clinical evaluation and other imaging studies2. long axis≥2 cm

排除标准：

1、胰腺囊性病灶，病灶直径<2cm
2、EUS-FNA禁忌症：如凝血功能异常、近期口服抗凝药物、穿刺路径有血管，穿刺距离过远等

Exclusion criteria：

1. cystic pancreatic lesions, the size of lesions < 2 cm
2. EUS-FNA contraindication: severe coagulopathy (international normalized ratio >1.5) or thrombocytopenia (platelet count <50,000), inability to sample the lesion because of the presence of intervening blood vessels.
