研究目的：

本研究拟通过对全牙弓种植固定修复患者使用新媒体技术实现线上线下结合的行为指导，比较传统卫生宣教和新型行为指导的临床效果，对比两种方式对全牙弓种植固定修复患者的口腔维护效果、健康知识及健康行为的影响程度。为临床全牙弓种植修复患者提供更科学更实用的种植义齿维护方案，以指导今后全牙弓种植修复患者的口腔卫生维护工作，提高全牙弓种植修复患者的长期成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical effect of traditional health education and new behavior guidance by using new media technology to achieve online and offline behavior guidance for patients with full arch implant fixed prosthesis, and to compare the effect of two methods on oral maintenance, health knowledge and health behavior of patients with full arch implant fixed prosthesis. Objective to provide more scientific and practical implant denture maintenance scheme for clinical patients with total arch implant restoration, to guide the oral health maintenance of patients with total arch implant restoration in the future, and to improve the long-term success rate of patients with total arch implant restoration.

纳入标准：

1. 计划行全牙弓种植固定修复。
2. 能使用智能手机，掌握微信小程序使用方法。
3. 能够定期复查。
4. 能配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Plan to implant and fix the whole dental arch.
2. Be able to use smart phones and master the usage of wechat applets.
3. Be able to review regularly.
4. Be able to cooperate with the research.

排除标准：

1. 本研究期间存在接受其他的专业口腔指导的情况。
2. 患有口腔疾病（例如粘膜病，口干症，颞下颌关节关节炎，口腔运动障碍等）。
3. 有影响患者日常口腔维护的心理或精神疾病或痴呆症的诊断。
4. 无法配合本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. During this study, we received other professional oral guidance.
2. Suffering from oral diseases (such as mucosal disease, xerostomia, temporomandibular arthritis, oral dyskinesia, etc.).
3. Diagnosis of mental or mental diseases or dementia that affect the daily oral maintenance of patients.
4. Unable to cooperate with the researcher.
