研究目的：

观察血清Maresin1浓度在绝经后骨质疏松患者在体内的水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the level of serum Maresin1 in postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis in vivo.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.50岁至70岁的成年女性；2.自然绝经，且绝经年龄大于3年。

Inclusion criteria

1.50 to 70 years of age adult females;2. Natural menopause, and the age of menopause is greater than 3 year.

排除标准：

1）患有主要器官的慢性疾病：如心血管、肺部、肝脏、肾脏及脑组织等；
２）患有内分泌性疾病：甲旁亢、糖尿病等；
３）近6个月服用影响骨代谢药物： 双磷酸盐、糖皮质激素、含铝抗酸药等；４）患有其他骨代谢疾病：患有类风湿性关节炎或骨肿 瘤（原发性和转移性）；
４）子宫及卵巢切除术后；
５）患有慢性腹泻、便秘、慢性胃肠炎、消化道溃疡等消化系统疾病；
６）最近6个月服用益生菌、双歧杆菌胶囊等调节肠道 菌群药物；
７）最近6个月服用阿莫西林、头孢类抗生素；
８）有吸烟、饮酒等嗜好者；
9）不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Chronic diseases of major organs: such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and brain groups
Woven, etc.;
2) Internal secretory diseases: hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, etc.;
3) Taking drugs affecting bone metabolism in the last 6 months: bisphosphonates, glucocorticoids, aluminum-containing antacids, etc.;4) Other bone metabolic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis or osteoma (primary and metastatic);
4) After hysterectomy and oophorectomy;
5) suffer from chronic diarrhea, constipation, chronic gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal ulcer and other diseases of the digestive system;
6) Take probiotics, bifidobacterium capsules and other drugs to regulate intestinal flora in the last 6 months;
7) Taking amoxicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics in the last 6 months;
8)Be addicted to smoking and drinking;
9) Not the author.
