研究目的：

1. 基于乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗期间自我管理的概念结构，以COSMIN为方法学指导，开发乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗期间自我管理测量工具； 2. 应用乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗期间自我管理测量工具，分析乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗期间的自我管理现况及影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the conceptual structure of self-management during adjunctive therapy of breast cancer patients, and guided by the methodology of COSMIN, develop a self-management instrument; 2. Apply the self-management rating scale to analyze the status and influencing factors of self-management during adjunctive therapy of breast cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理确诊原发肿瘤为乳腺肿瘤
②正在进行术后辅助化疗/辅助内分泌治疗/辅助放疗/靶向治疗
③年龄≥18岁；
④自愿参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

① The primary tumor is diagnosed pathologically as breast tumor;
② Undergoing postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy/adjuvant endocrine therapy/adjuvant radiotherapy/targeted therapy;
③ ≥18 years old;
④ Volunteer to participate in this research.

排除标准：

①患者语言沟通或理解能力存在障碍；
②患者不愿参与本访谈；
③合并其他器质性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients have obstacles in language communication or comprehension;
②Patients do not want to participate in this interview;
③Combined with other organic diseases
