研究目的：

本研究的目的在于：探索不同哺乳期阶段，人乳源外泌体形态及其外泌体内容物对骨骼肌生长的调控作用及具体分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the regulatory effects and specific molecular mechanisms of human milk-derived exosomes and their contents on skeletal muscle growth at different stages of lactation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 法定婚育年龄至30岁的健康产妇（约80-100人）；
(2 ) 初次分娩，自愿无偿捐赠乳汁；
(3) 捐赠前需签署知情同意书、提供真实的健康证明并配合相应的筛查工作。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Healthy parturients (approximately 80-100 persons) from the legal marriage and childbirth age to 30 years old;
(2) Voluntary and unpaid donation of milk during the first delivery;
(3) Before donating, it is necessary to sign an informed consent form, provide a true health certificate and cooperate with the corresponding screening work.

排除标准：

(1)患有严重的急性或慢性疾病，以及流行性感染性疾病；
(2)过去6个月内，本人或性伴侣曾接受输血及血液制品，本人或性伴侣曾用多人用器械进行耳朵或其他身体部位穿刺或在任何机构进行刺青纹绣等；
(3)过去12个月内曾接受器官/组织移植；
(4)采乳前24小时内饮用超过60ml或相当量烈性酒，每天饮用30-40ml烈性酒或100ml红酒或200ml啤酒；
(5)长期服用不适合哺乳的非处方药及全身性处方药；
(6)长期服用大剂量维生素（至少20倍每日推荐摄取量RDA）和/或药用草药产品；
(7)未补充维生素B12的全素食主义者；
(8)过去12个月曾使用成瘾药物；
(9)抽烟或尼古丁产品，包括口胶和贴片，无论数量多少。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffer from severe acute or chronic diseases, and epidemic infectious diseases;
(2) In the past 6 months, I or my sexual partner have received blood transfusion and blood products, I or my sexual partner have used multiple people to perform ear or other body parts piercing or tattoo tattoos in any institution;
(3) Have received organ/tissue transplantation in the past 12 months;
(4) Drink more than 60ml or an equivalent amount of strong alcohol within 24 hours before milk collection, and drink 30-40ml of strong alcohol or 100ml of red wine or 200ml of beer every day;
(5) Long-term use of non-prescription drugs and systemic prescription drugs that are not suitable for breastfeeding;
(6) Long-term use of large doses of vitamins (at least 20 times the recommended daily intake RDA) and/or medicinal herbal products;
(7) Vegans who are not supplemented with vitamin B12;
(8) Have used addictive drugs in the past 12 months;
(9) Smoking or nicotine products, including chewing gum and patches, no matter the quantity.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有个人档案和资料将保存在研究负责人办公室中。经授权的研究小组将使用双录入的方法将信息输入电子数据库。私人的个人信息(如身份证号码和电话)将被隐藏，并仅限于研究员负责人查看。电子数据库由深圳市南山慢性病控制中心管理。研究结果将以科学论文或口头报告的形式公布，原始数据将以云盘的形式公开。此外，这项研究的结果将在SCI期刊上发表。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All individuals' data and information will be kept in a file located in the principal investigators’ office.The authorised study team will enter the information into the electronic database by using double-entry methods. The private personal information (e.g., ID number and telephone) will be hidden and restricted to the principal investigator. The electronic database will be managed by the Shenzhen Nanshan Center for Chronic Disease Control. The results will be presented conferences as scientific papers or oral presentations. In addition, the results of this study will be disseminated through publication in an international peer-reviewed journal.
