研究目的：

(一)、探討居家步行運動訓練對改善肺癌病患焦慮之成效。 (二)、探討居家步行運動訓練對改善肺癌病患憂鬱之成效。 (三)、探討居家步行運動訓練對改善肺癌病患生物節律之成效。 (四)、探討居家步行運動訓練對改善肺癌病患睡眠品質之成效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The Effectiveness of Home-Based Walking Exercise on Anxiety in Lung Cancer Patients; 2. The Effectiveness of Home-Based Walking Exercise on Depression in Lung Cancer Patients; 3. The Effectiveness of Home-Based Walking Exercise on Circadian Rhythms in Lung Cancer Patients; 4. The Effectiveness of Home-Based Walking Exercise on Sleep in Lung Cancer Patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(一)、原發肺癌
(二)、年滿18歲
(三)、能以國語或台語溝通
(四)、無認知障礙

Inclusion criteria

(1) had primary lung cancer;
(2) 18 years of age or older;
(3) able to speak Mandarin or Taiwanese, and
(4) no cognitive impairment.

排除标准：

(一)、半年內有執行規律運動及接受認知行為治療者
(二)、充血性心衰竭
(三)、下肢骨科疾病限制其行走能力者
(四)、屢發性憂鬱症

Exclusion criteria：

(1) had regular exercise (150 min/week, moderate intensity) or cognitive behavior therapy in past 6 months;
(2) congestive heart disease;
(3) lower limb orthopedic diseases restricting their ability to walk, and
(4) had repeated-onset depression.
