研究目的：

本项目属于多中心登记研究，按照前瞻性研究方案，观察双眼植入PanOptix人工晶状体术后3月双眼远（5m)、中（60cm） 、近（40cm）距离视力达到 0.10 logMAR 或更佳的患者比例、双眼裸眼及矫正远中近距离视力、双眼离焦曲线(+0.5D~ -3D) 、主觉验光、Catquest 9SF量表等指标，旨在探究双眼植入PanOptix人工晶状体术后视觉表现，为临床提供应用参考  

Objectives of Study：

This project is a multicenter registry study, in accordance with a prospective study protocol,The proportion of patients with far (5m), middle (60cm) and near (40cm) visual acuity of 0.10 logMAR or better, naked eyes and corrected far, middle and near visual acuity of both eyes, and defocus curve of both eyes (+ 0.5d--3D) were observed 3 months after PanOptix intraocular lens implantation., subjective optometry, Catquest 9SF scale and other indicators, aiming to explore the visual performance after binocular implantation of PanOptix intraocular lens, and provide reference for clinical application

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄相关性白内障或并发性白内障且年龄大于18岁；②预期角膜术后散光≤1．0 D；③患者有全程视力的要求，理解多焦点人工晶状体能降低对老光眼镜的依赖但不能完全脱镜；⑤能够理解研究的目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age-related cataract or cataract complication and older than 18 years;② Expected astigmatism ≤ 1.0 D after keratoplasty;(3) Patients have the requirement of full visual acuity, and understand that multi-focus IOLS can reduce the dependence on presbyopia but cannot completely demirror;⑤ Be able to understand the purpose of the study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

①角膜光学性能不适合、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、眼底疾病(视网膜脱离、糖尿病性视网膜病变等)等不适合多焦点人工晶体植入患者；②其他内眼手术史；③不能按时随访者

Exclusion criteria：

① The optical performance of cornea is not suitable for glaucoma, uveitis, fundus diseases (retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, etc.), and other patients with multi-focus IOL implantation;② Other internal eye surgery history;③ Can't follow the visitors on time
