研究目的：

探索坦索罗辛对行TAPP手术患者术后尿潴留发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of tamsulosin on the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in patients undergoing TAPP surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18岁或以上接受择期TAPP的男性患者

Inclusion criteria

Male patients 18 years of age or older receiving elective TAPP

排除标准：

1.女性；
2.有神经性膀胱病史需要常规间歇性导尿的患者；
3.急诊腹腔镜疝修补术或择期腹腔镜疝修补术并同时进行附加手术(如肾切除、骨盆手术)的患者，这些手术要求患者在术中及术后有计划留置导尿管；
4.术前已经自服坦索罗辛药物者；
5.选择非TAPP修补术治疗的腹股沟疝患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women;
2. Patients with a history of neurobladder requiring routine intermittent catheterization;
3. Patients undergoing emergency laparoscopic herniorrhaphy or elective laparoscopic herniorrhaphy accompanied by additional procedures (e.g., nephrectomy, pelvic surgery) that require planned indwelling of catheters during and after surgery;
4. Patients who have taken tamsulosin before surgery;
5. Patients with inguinal hernia treated without TAPP repair were selected.
