研究目的：

通过益生菌人群干预研究并结合肠道菌群检测，探讨益生菌对GDM的预防和改善作用及可能的作用机制，为临床应用益生菌预防及治疗GDM提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The prevention and improvement effect of probiotics on GDM and its possible mechanism were explored through population intervention study of probiotics combined with intestinal flora detection, so as to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of probiotics in the prevention and treatment of GDM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄33-45岁;体质指数(body weight index, BMI)≥24.0；糖尿病家族史;糖耐量异常史；多囊卵巢综合征史；有其中一项者,即可判定GDM高危人群

Inclusion criteria

Aged 33-45;
Body weight index (BMI)≥24.0;
A family history of diabetes;
History of abnormal glucose tolerance;
A history of polycystic ovary syndrome;
If there is one of them, we can determine the high-risk group of GDM

排除标准：

a)第一次服用研究产品的三个月内参与过或正在参与其他临床试验的患者
b)对试验样品或对照样品中的成分过敏的患者
c)正在使用可能影响试验效果的药物（如激素、抗肿瘤药物、镇静或其他肌肉松弛剂等）
d)有沟通及认知障碍者
e)有精神障碍
f)研究者认为其他不适合参加本研究的患者
g)预实验期依从性不能达到要求者
h)未签署知情同意书者
i）孕前糖尿病，高血压，，甲状腺功能异常；
j）多胎妊娠；
k）严重肝脏、肾脏、心脏功能障碍；
l）有吸烟饮酒史；

Exclusion criteria：

A) Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within three months of their first use of the study product
B) Patients who are allergic to ingredients in the test sample or control sample
C) Drugs that may affect the efficacy of the trial (such as hormones, anti-tumor drugs, sedatives or other muscle relaxants) are being used
D) People with communication and cognitive difficulties
E) Having a mental disorder
F) Other patients considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for the study
G) The compliance during the pre-experiment period fails to meet the requirements
H) Failure to sign the Informed Consent
I) Pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and thyroid dysfunction;
J) multiple pregnancies;
K) Severe dysfunction of liver, kidney and heart;
L) A history of smoking and drinking;
