研究目的：

观察7F导管对结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液引流的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the effectiveness and safety of 7F catherter to drainage of tuberculous pleural effusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 男性或女性患者，年龄15－80周岁；
2) 确诊为结核性渗出性胸膜炎的患者；
3) B超定位下胸水深度≥5cm
4) 受试者能够理解、遵守试验方案，并且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Male or female patients, aged 15-80 years old;
2) Patients diagnosed with tuberculous exudative pleurisy;
3) Pleural fluid depth>= 5cm under B-ultrasound;
4) Participants can understand and comply with the trial protocol, and then signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 出凝血功能障碍
2) 躁狂或意识障碍不能配合进行胸水处理的患者
3) 自主呼吸微弱随时有呼吸停止者
4) 心梗、严重心律失常
5) 精神紧张,难以配合

Exclusion criteria：

1) Coagulation disorders;
2) Patients whose pleural effusion can not be handled for mania or consciousness disorders;
3) Spontaneous breathing is weak and maybe stopped at any time;
4) Myocardial infarction、severe arrhythmia;
5) Patients who can not cooperation due to mental stress.
