研究目的：

通过比较无痛胃镜和普通胃镜产生的气溶胶的量的不同，对患者胃镜选择提供指导并指导临床医生在检查过程中采取适当防护措施。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the amount of aerosol produced by painless endoscope and ordinary endoscope, it can provide guidance for patients to choose endoscope and guide clinicians to take appropriate protective measures during examination.

纳入标准：

1.18-70岁患者 2.需要行胃镜检查的患者 3.愿意参加本研究的患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged from 18 to 70 2. Patients requiring gastroscopy 3. Patients willing to participate in this study

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全的患者 2.怀疑休克或消化道穿孔等危重患者 3.患有精神疾病不能配合检查的患者 4.年龄<18周岁或者>70周岁的患者 5.拒绝参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency 2. Critically ill patients such as shock or digestive tract perforation are suspected 3. Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with the examination 4. Patients who refused to participate in the study
