构建和评价医麻护MDT信息化疼痛管理体系的成效，从而促进患者术后恢复，为临床ERAS实施提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To constructand evaluate the efficacy of the information-based pain management system based on MDT,on improving postoperative quality of recovery and analgesia in surgical patients.

纳入标准：

1.18周岁以上。
2.外科手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged > 18 years.
2.Surgical patients.

排除标准：

1.术前认知功能障碍；
2.长期饮酒、服用镇痛、镇静药物或抗抑郁药等精神药物；
3.出于任何原因无法配合，如语言理解困难，无法安排随访；
4.研究者认为不宜纳入本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included cognitive disorders, chronic pain, use of pain medications, and inability to provide consent.
