研究目的：

我们拟通过这项研究探索不同年龄组无颅脑损伤患儿扰动系数的正常参考值及影响因素。临床上目前存在的颅脑损伤患儿的DC参考值研究为单中心试验，样本量较小，参考值的标准差较大，对于5岁以下患儿，年龄、体重、头围可影响扰动系数，目前只知扰动系数随三者的变化趋势，目前尚无可靠的预测公式。本研究旨在更加精确的探索不同年龄组无颅脑损伤患儿扰动系数的参考值及预测公式，为后期在儿童颅脑损伤的临床应用中奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

We intend to use this study to explore the normal reference values and influencing factors of the perturbation coefficients of children in different age groups without head injury. The current clinical study of DC reference value for children with brain injury is a single-center trial, with a small sample size and a large standard deviation of the reference value. For children under 5 years of age, age, weight, and head circumference can affect the perturbation coefficient At present, only the variation trend of the disturbance coefficient with the three is known, and there is no reliable prediction formula at present. The purpose of this study is to more accurately explore the reference values and prediction formulas of the perturbation coefficients of children with no head injury in different age groups, and lay the foundation for the later clinical application of children with head injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄0-18岁，性别不限；
（2）根据临床表现、头颅影像学检查、既往病史明确无颅脑损伤（包括颅脑畸形、创伤、肿瘤、感染、缺氧、代谢性脑病等）；
（3）颅骨表面皮肤完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age: 0-18 years old, no gender limit
(2) According to clinical manifestations, cranial imaging examinations, and past medical history, it is clear that there is no head injury (including craniocerebral malformations, trauma, tumor, infection, hypoxia, metabolic encephalopathy, etc.);
(3) The skin on the surface of the skull is intact.

排除标准：

（1）颅骨表面皮肤有破口、皮疹的患儿
（2）既往或监测过程中对黏贴电极片过敏的患儿
（3）监测过程中极不配合不能完成监测的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with tears or rashes on the surface of the skull
(2) Children who were allergic to the electrode pads in the past or during the monitoring process
(3) Children who are extremely uncooperative during the monitoring process and cannot complete the monitoring
