研究目的：

通过对阳虚型体质大学生练习八段锦前后体质变化规律的研究，探索八段锦 对阳虚体质的调理作用，并通过红外观察阳虚体质者身体胸腹部和背部的温度变 化情况，完善八段锦调理体质与任督二脉功能的关系，为八段锦对偏颇体质调理 的临床应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of the changes in the physical constitution of Yang deficiency college students before and after practising Bada Duan Jin, the effect of Bada Duan Jin on the regulation of Yang deficiency constitution is explored. The temperature changes in the chest, abdomen and back of Yang deficiency students are also observed through infrared light to improve the relationship between the regulation of physical constitution and the function of the Ren and Du chakras in Bada Duan Jin, providing a scientific basis for the clinical application of Bada Duan Jin in the regulation of biased constitution.

纳入标准：

1，年龄在18-28岁的湖南中医药大学学生，男女不限；2，《中医体质分类与判定》量表中阳虚体质比重最高且符合手脚凉者；3，愿意坚持八段锦锻炼；4，愿意配合做相关指标检测与量表填写。

Inclusion criteria

1, students of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine aged 18-28, male or female; 2, those with the highest proportion of Yang deficiency in the "Classification and Determination of Body Composition in Chinese Medicine" scale and those with cold hands and feet; 3, those who are willing to adhere to the Eight Duan Jin exercises; 4, those who are willing to cooperate in the testing of relevant indicators and filling in the scale.

排除标准：

1,属于特禀质和湿热体质者；2,有膝关节病变者以及其他严重关节病患者；3,规律运动者；4,未获得知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 those who belong to the idiopathic and damp-heat constitution; 2 those with knee lesions and other serious joint diseases; 3 those who exercise regularly; 4 those who have not obtained informed consent.
