研究目的：

本研究通过构建基于移动健康的结直肠癌患者疲乏个性化运动与饮食管理方案，应用并评价其效果，以期为结直肠癌患者的运动和饮食管理提供支持，减轻疲乏，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The content of the study is to constructe and apply a mHealth-Based exercise and dietary intervention for colorectal cancer survivors with fatigue, and evaluated its effect. The study aim to support colorectal cancer survivors to manage physical activity and diet, in order to reduce fatigue and improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；2.经病理学检查首次确诊为0-Ⅲ期结直肠癌；3.已结束治疗（手术、放疗和/或化疗）；4.CRF筛查为中度至重度疲乏；5.能使用智能手机或长期照顾者可辅助其使用；6.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.age ≥18 years; 2.histologically confirmed stage 0-III colon or rectal cancer; 3.completed cancer-directed therapy（completed surgery, radiotherapy, and/or chemotherapy）;4.CRF screening is moderate to severe fatigue;5.ability to reliably access the Internet and a smart phone, or long-term caregivers can help;6.ability to understand and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

运动组：1.有其他部位肿瘤史或发生远处转移者；2.术后造口时间≤8周；3.目前存在造口并发症；4.严重的心脏或心血管疾病（如冠状动脉疾病、心力衰竭、心律失常）；5.未控制的高血压（收缩压≥160mmHg或舒张压≥100mmHg）或脑血管疾病；6.严重的肺部疾病；7.严重的代谢性疾病；8.存在其他运动功能受限或运动可能导致恶化的疾病；9.精神问题或学习障碍；10.怀孕或计划6个月内怀孕；11.已有规律运动习惯者（每周中等强度运动≥5天，时间≥30min/天）。
饮食组：1.有其他部位肿瘤史或发生远处转移者；2.怀孕或计划6个月内怀孕；3.不能正常进食者；4.认知功能障碍；5.合并心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能不全；6.糖尿病；7.严重贫血、血小板减少症、营养不良或恶病质；8.其他有饮食特殊限制的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exercise Group: 1.history of another primary cancer or metastatic disease; 2.completed surgery within eight weeks;3.any complications of an enterostomy; 4.severe heart or cardiovascular disease; 5.uncontrolled hypertension or cerebrovascular disease; 6.severe pulmonary disease; 7.severe metabolic disease; 8.other condition with limited motor functionor exercise makes the condition worse; 9.mental problems or learning disabilities; 10.pregnant or planning to be pregnant within six months; 11.have regular exercise habits at baseline (defined as engaging in exercise at moderate-intensity for≥30min for≥5days a week).
Diet Group:1.history of another primary cancer or metastatic disease; 2.pregnant or planning to be pregnant within six months; 3.can't eat normally; 4.cognitive dysfunction; 5.with heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 6.diabetes; 7.severe anemia, thrombocytopenia, malnutrition or cachexia; 8.other diseases with special dietary restrictions.
