研究目的：

为评价迷宫III型手术治疗风湿性二尖瓣病变合并心房颤动的安全性和有效性提供前瞻性研究的证据  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this trial is to provide a prospective evidence that the additional cut-and-sew Cox maze III procedure for treating atrial fibrillation assoicated with rheumatic mitral valve heart disease is safe and effective.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

风湿性二尖瓣疾病合并持续性或长期持续性心房颤动的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with persistent or long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation associated with rheumatic mitral valve disease were included.

排除标准：

退行性二尖瓣疾病、合并阵发性心房颤动的患者、二尖瓣置换和主动脉瓣置换的患者均除外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who suffered from degenerative or ischemic mitral valve lesion and patients with paroxysma atrial fibrillation were excluded. In addition, patients who underwent MVR and aortic valve replacement were also excluded.
