研究目的：

1.规范针灸结合行为干预治疗颈椎病的操作流程、质量控制标准和临床疗效评价，提供规范化技术操作文本。 2.研究中医适宜技术在基层医疗结构中推广应用的模式和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Standardize the operation process, quality control standard and clinical effect evaluation of acupuncture combined with behavior intervention in treatment of cervical spondylosis, and provide standardized technical operation text; 2. Study on the mode and method of the application for the suitable technology of traditional Chinese Medicine in primary health care structure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合颈椎病的诊断标准，且病理分型属颈型、神经根型、椎动脉型和交感型者。
(2)未经过任何治疗或经过治疗但已过一周的洗脱期；
(3)年龄在20-75岁之间。
(4)同意并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis, and pathological classification of cervical type, nerve root type, vertebral artery type and sympathetic type;
2. Without any treatment or after treatment but have a week washout period;
3. Aged 18-65 years old;
4. Agree and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)不符合颈椎病诊断标准及纳入标准者；
(2)有颈椎或脊髓肿瘤、结核、或关节损伤等；
(3)合并心血管病或造血系统严重疾病；
(4)服用其他药物或治疗，对治疗效果造成影响者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not conform to the cervical vertebra disease diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria;
2. Have cervical or marrow tumor, tuberculosis, or joint damage, etc.;
3. Combined cardiovascular disease or severe disease of hematopoietic system;
4. Take other drugs or treatment, the effect on the treatment of the affected persons;
