研究目的：

1. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者呼吸功能的影响。 2. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者躯体功能的影响 3. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者运动能力的影响。 4. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者日常生活活动能力的影响。 5. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者肺部感染情况的影响。 6. 探讨肺康复治疗对颈胸段脊髓损伤患者生存质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the respiratory function of patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury. 2. To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the physical function of patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury 3. To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the exercise capacity of patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury. 4. To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation treatment on the activities of daily living in patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury. 5. To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on the pulmonary infection of patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury. 6. Explore the impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on the quality of life of patients with cervical thoracic spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合美国脊柱损伤协会（American Spinal Injury Association, ASIA）诊断标准，SCI平面均为C5-T6水平，ASIA分级为A级，男女不限；
2.均由临床科室完成前期治疗或手术，入选病人生命体征稳定，无意识障碍，可配合康复治疗；
3.年龄18～70岁；
4.无颅脑损伤和严重脏器疾病；
5.患者对本研究知情并同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with American Spinal Injury Association (American Spinal Injury Association, ASIA) diagnostic criteria, SCI levels are all C5-T6 levels, ASIA grade is A, male and female;
2. Preliminary treatment or surgery will be completed by the clinical department. The vital signs of the selected patients are stable, and they are unconscious and can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment;
3. Aged from 18 to 70 years;
4. No craniocerebral injury and serious organ disease;
5. The patient was informed and agreed to this study.

排除标准：

1.合并重要脏器疾病或胸腹腔脏器伤者；
2.静息状态下心率＞120次/分，收缩压＞180 mmHg或舒张压＞110 mmHg；
3.合并严重肺动脉高压、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、尘肺、特发性肺纤维化等慢性呼吸系统疾病；
4.有严重意识、认知障碍或精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with major organ diseases or thoracic and abdominal organ injuries;
2. Heart rate at rest > 120 beats/min, systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg;
3. Combined with chronic respiratory diseases such as severe pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumoconiosis, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis;
4. Patients with severe consciousness, cognitive impairment or mental illness.
