研究目的：

本实验拟对手术患者使用阿芬太尼，观察其对患者心脏电生理的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of alfentanil on cardiac electrophysiology in patients undergoing surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前心肺功能及电解质正常，ECG正常；
2.QT间期和心率校正的QT间期< 440 ms；
3.未服用抗心律失常药物、β受体阻断药、抗抑郁药等延长QT间期的药物，无内分泌疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative cardiopulmonary function and electrolyte were normal,and ECG was normal;
2. QT interval and heart rate corrected QT interval < 440 ms;
3. No antiarrhythmic drugs, β-blockers, antidepressants and other drugs to extend QT interval, and no endocrine diseases.

排除标准：

1.对阿芬太尼过敏者；
2.有严重器质性病变者；
3.装有心脏起搏器，呼吸道有异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to alfentanil;
2. With serious organic diseases;
3. With heart pacemaker, or with abnormal respiratory tract.

择期手术患者120例，年龄20～50岁，ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级，采用随机数字表法均分为C组（对照组）、H1组（低剂量阿芬太尼组）、H2组（中剂量阿芬太尼组）、H3（高剂量阿芬太尼组），每组30例。H1组、H2、H3组分别静脉注射阿芬太尼5ug/kg、 10ug/kg、25ug/kg，C组注射等量生理盐水。
