研究目的：

旨在建立肾阴虚不孕的转录组学研究平台。选取肾阴虚不孕与正常行试管婴儿患者，测定取卵日卵巢颗粒细胞长链非编码RNA表达谱，比较两组患者长链非编码RNA表达差异，寻找肾阴虚不孕患者的LncRNA生物标志物，为肾阴虚不孕患者的研究建立参照标准。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to establish a transcriptomics research platform for kidney yin deficiency infertility. Select the infertile patients with kidney-yin deficiency and normal undergoing IVF treatment, determine the long non-coding RNA expression profile of ovarian granular cells on the day of egg retrieval, compare the differences in long-non-coding RNA expression between the two groups, and look for LncRNA organisms in patients with kidney-yin deficiency infertility Markers, to establish a reference standard for the study of infertility patients with kidney yin deficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在25-40岁已婚妇女；（2）符合西医不孕症诊断标准；（3）符合中医肾阴虚证辨证标准；（4）男方精液常规基本正常；（5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Married women aged 25-40; (2) Comply with western medical infertility diagnostic criteria; (3) Comply with TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for kidney yin deficiency; (4) Male semen routine is basically normal; (5) Signed and informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）其他原因所致不孕症；（2）近3个月内应用激素类药物者；（3）子宫不具备妊娠功能或严重躯体疾病不能承受妊娠者；（4）患有严重的精神疾患、泌尿生殖系统急性感染、性传播疾病者；（5）患有《母婴保健法》规定的不宜生育、目前无法行PGD的遗传性疾病者；（6）具有吸毒等严重不良嗜好者；（7）接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品并处于作用期者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infertility caused by other reasons; (2) People who have used hormonal drugs within the past 3 months; (3) People who have no pregnancy function in the uterus or who cannot bear pregnancy with serious physical diseases; (4) People who suffer from severe mental illness People with diseases, acute infections of the genitourinary system, and sexually transmitted diseases; (5) People with genetic diseases that are not suitable for childbearing and currently unable to practice PGD as stipulated in the "Mother and Child Health Care Law"; (6) People with serious bad habits such as drug abuse; (7) Those who have been exposed to teratogenic radiation, poisons, and drugs and are in the active period.
