Objectives of Study：

In this study, the assessment of arget organ damage from CMS will be completed by means of epidemiology survey amone residens living at extreme high altitude.

纳入标准：

生活在海拔4500米以上，交通方便、电力能够保证的乡镇，与县医院距离在50公里以内

Inclusion criteria

Rural area with altitude above 4000meters and guaranteed electric power

排除标准：

器质性心脏病、慢性阻塞性支气管炎

Exclusion criteria：

Organic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema
