研究目的：

消化心身疾病和胃肠动力障碍性疾病在临床十分常见。其发病机制非常复杂，尚未完全阐明，新近研究提示脑-肠轴、神经内分泌轴及生物钟节律的紊乱可能在消化心身疾病与胃肠动力障碍性疾病中发挥重要作用。为此本研究收集消化心身疾病和胃肠动力障碍性疾病如胃食管反流病患者，拟开展神经内分泌轴及生物钟节律参与消化心身疾病/胃肠动力障碍性疾病机制及抗焦虑抑郁药物干预作用的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Digestive psychosomatic diseases and gastrointestinal motility disorders are very common in clinic. The pathogenesis are very complex and have not been fully clarified. Recent studies suggest that the disorders of brain gut axis, neuroendocrine axis and biological clock rhythm may play an important role in these diseases. Therefore, this study collected patients with digestive psychosomatic diseases and gastrointestinal motility disorders, such as patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is planned to carry out the research on the mechanism of neuroendocrine axis and biological clock rhythm involved in digestive psychosomatic diseases / gastrointestinal motility disorders and the intervention effect of anti-anxiety and depression drugs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合 2014 年中国胃食管反流病专家共识意见中 GERD 诊断标准； 2）符合要求并获得知情同意书； 3）相关信息完整，包括年龄、性别、有唯一且可以追溯的编号等。

Inclusion criteria

1）Meet the GERD diagnostic criteria in the 2014 Chinese Expert Consensus on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease; 2) Meet the requirements and obtain informed consent; 3) The relevant information is complete, including age, gender, and unique and traceable serial numbers, etc.

排除标准：

1）伴有甲亢等明显改变脑肠轴各项指标疾病的患者； 2）已知胃肠道肿瘤、严重胃肠道溃疡的患者； 3）不符合样本采集和处理要求的样本； 4）测定结果缺失受试试剂（或对比方法）的检测结果； 5）试验过程中存在检测结果记录错误，且无法溯源的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with diseases such as hyperthyroidism that significantly change the indicators of the brain-gut axis; 2) Patients with known gastrointestinal tumors and severe gastrointestinal ulcers; 3) Samples that do not meet the requirements of sample collection and processing; 4) The test result is missing the test result of the test agent (or comparison method); 5) During the test, there are cases where the test results are recorded incorrectly and the source cannot be traced.

研究者采用随机数字表法，将患者分为常规治疗组和黛力新联合常规治疗组。首先将300例患者从1开始编号到300，然后从随机数字表中的任一行任一列开始，作为一个随机数录入到编号下面，再将全部选出的随机数从小到大进行编序号。我们规定序号1-150为常规治疗组，151-300号为黛力新联合常规治疗组。
