研究目的：

明确双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片在下呼吸道感染患儿抗生素相关腹泻中的防治作用及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the prevention and treatment effects and safety of Bifidobacteria Lactobacillus triplex viable tablets in antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children with lower respiratory tract infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,口服(6个月内婴儿一次1片，一日2-3次；6个月至3岁小儿一次2片，一日2-3次；3岁至12岁小儿一次3片，一日2-3次），疗程与抗生素使用疗程一致。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triplex viable tablets: to take orally 2-3 times a day (infants younger than 6 months 1 tablets each time, 6 months to 3 years old 2 tablets each time, 3 to 12 years old 3 tablets each time). The course of the above medication is the same as that of the antibiotics treatment of the patient. 

纳入标准：

1.医生诊断为急性下呼吸道感染需要用抗生素治疗的患儿；
2.无先天性或遗传性疾病；
3.在经知情同意后，监护人同意参加本项目。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children diagnosed by doctors with acute lower respiratory tract infection which needs treatment of antibiotics;
2.Absence of congenital or hereditary diseases;
3.Upon informed consent, the guardian agrees to participate in the program.

排除标准：

1.使用抗生素治疗前已有腹泻症状者；
2.合并心血管、血液系统、肝肾脏疾病者；
3.近3月内参与了其他药物临床研究者；
4.近3月内接受了全身抗菌药物治疗者；
5.免疫功能缺陷者；
6.既往有对双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌成分过敏者；
7.呼吸道感染病程超过2周者；
8.诊断为感染性腹泻患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diarrhea before the administration of antibiotics;
2.Patients with diseases of cardiovascular, blood system, liver and kidney;
3.Participation in other pharmaceutical clinical trials in the latest three months;
4.Systemic antibiotic treatment in the latest three months;
5.Immune deficiency;
6.Previous allergic to bifidobacteria, lactobacillus, streptococcus thermophilus components;
7.Course of disease over two weeks in the treatment of respiratory tract infection;
8.The diagnosis was infectious diarrhea.
