本实验比较帕洛诺司琼和托烷司琼，对手术患者心脏电生理影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study compared the effects of palonosetron and tolansetron on cardiac electrophysiology in patients undergoing surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65，术前心肺功能及电解质正常，ECG正常，QT间期和心率校正的QT间期< 440 ms，未服用抗心律失常药物、β受体阻断药、抗抑郁药等延长QT间期的药物，无内分泌疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥65, cardiopulmonary function and electrolyte were normal before surgery, ECG was normal, QT interval and heart rate corrected QT interval < 440 ms, no antiarrhythmic drugs, β-blockers, antidepressants and other drugs to prolong QT interval, no endocrine diseases.

排除标准：

对帕洛诺司琼或托烷司琼过敏者，术前严重器质性病变者，有严重晕车史。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with allergy to palonosetron or tolansetron, severe preoperative organic lesions, and a history of severe motion sickness.

择期手术患者90例，年龄≥65岁，ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级，采用随机数字表法均分为C组（对照组）、H1组（帕洛诺司琼）和H2组（托烷司琼），每组30例。H1组、H2组分别静脉注射帕洛诺司琼0.15mg、托烷司琼5mg，C组注射等量生理盐水。

90 cases undergoing elective surgery patients, aged 65 or higher, ASA class Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ, using the random number table method were divided into group C (control group), the H1 group (palo SiQiong) and H2 group (tropane SiQiong), 30 cases in each group. Group H1 and Group H2 were intravenously injected
