建立早、中孕期超声评估胎盘功能的多参数模型，从磁共振、病理两方面验证该模型的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

A multi-parameter model for the evaluation of placental function by ultrasound in early and middle pregnancy is established and is verified by magnetic resonance imaging and pathology.

纳入标准：

分组标准：
1. 正常妊娠组：指孕期无妊娠并发症发生，新生儿为足月适龄儿。
2. 不良妊娠组：出现不良妊娠结局的妊娠，包括孕妇发生子痫、子痫前期、流产、死胎、死产、早产、胎儿宫内生长迟缓、新生儿入ICU、新生儿死亡等。

Inclusion criteria

Grouping criteria :
1. Normal pregnancy: No pregnancy complications occurred during pregnancy. Newborns are full term infants.
2. Adverse pregnancy group: Pregnancy with adverse pregnancy outcomes includes preeclampsia, abortion, stillbirth, premature delivery, intrauterine growth retardation, neonatal ICU, neonatal death, etc.

排除标准：

1.病历资料不完整者；
2.发现胎儿结构异常者；
3.多胎妊娠者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete medical records;
2.Those with abnormal fetal structure;
3.Multiple pregnancy.
