研究目的：

1、通过流行病学调查，分析哈尼族人群的颈椎病发病情况和严重程度，分析其发病高危因素。 2、通过对临床标本的检测及观察，统计分析并阐述m6A的表达程度，分析其与颈椎病发生的相关性，进而可以对该病的发生机制有明确的认识，进一步为结合临床防治该病提供基础理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through epidemiological investigation, analyze the incidence and severity of cervical spondylosis in Hani population, and analyze its high-risk factors. 2. Through the detection and observation of clinical specimens, statistical analysis and elaboration of the expression degree of m6A, and analysis of its correlation with the occurrence of cervical spondylosis, we can have a clear understanding of the occurrence mechanism of the disease, and further provide a basic theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.

纳入标准：

①当地原居民，三代均为哈尼族；
②自愿参与到本课题研究。

Inclusion criteria

① The three generations of the original local residents are Hani;

② Volunteer to participate in this research.

排除标准：

①不愿意参与到该研究者；
②长期在外生活工作5年及以上者；
③继发性颈椎病（外伤、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性病等）；
④重大精神疾病或不配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Unwilling to participate in the researcher;

② Long term living and working outside for 5 years or more;

③ Secondary cervical spondylosis (trauma, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid disease, etc.);

④ Major mental illness or non cooperation.
