研究目的：

胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来对于局部进展期胃癌围手术期辅助化疗已在全世界范围被广泛应用，另一方面，已有报道荧光腹腔镜在胃癌根治术中的优势，可以获得更彻底的淋巴清扫效果，本次研究旨在探索荧光腹腔镜在新辅助化疗后局部进展期可切除胃癌根治手术中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. In recent years, perioperative adjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer has been widely used all over the world. On the other hand, it has been reported that ICG fluorescent-guided laparoscopy has the advantages in radical gastrectomy, which can obtain more thorough lymph node dissection, The purpose of this study was to explore the role of ICG fluorescence-guided laparoscopy in radical resection for locally advanced resectable gastric cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.组织病理学证实腺癌
2.术前TNM分期为cT2-cT4a期，或cN1期及以上
3.无远处转移
4.患者年龄18-80周岁；
5.一般状况：ECOG 0-1；
6.ASA评分<3分

Inclusion criteria

1. Pre-operative endoscopy confirmed "adenocarcinoma"
2.Pre-operative clinical staging cT2-T4a or cN+
3.No distant metasteses
4.Age 18-80 year old
4. ECOG score 0-1
5. ASA score ＜3

排除标准：

1.有远处转移或多原发病灶
2.术前TNM分期cT4b
3.ASA评分大于3分
4.ECOG评分大于2分

Exclusion criteria：

1. Distant metasteses or multiple lesion
2. Pre-operative clinical staging cT4b
3. ASA score over 3
3. ECOG score over 2
