研究目的：

验证去细胞同种异体神经修复材料（简称去细胞神经）修复单纯感觉神经缺损的临床安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of hANG for the repair of peripheral nerve defects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于14岁
2.神经完全断裂需直接缝合或行移植修复（移植物长度为1-5cm）
3.神经损伤不超过6个月
4.自愿参加临床试验，愿意积极检查、治疗和术后复查，并且签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) had pure sensory nerve defects and were willing to participate in this clinical trial (upper limb);
2) were >14 years of age;
3) had a nerve defect that was 1-5 cm in length and required nerve transplantation;
4) the duration of injury was less than 6 months;
5) were willing to sign an informed consent form to receive examinations, treatment, and postoperative follow-up.

排除标准：

1.不符合入选标准的神经损伤
2.损伤范围难以明确的周围神经损伤（如电击伤、放射性、牵拉伤等）
3.修复神经所支配皮肤有损伤而影响功能评价
4.患有神经系统或对神经系统有潜在影响的疾病（如糖尿病等）
5.患有其他慢性疾病或肝肾功能障碍
6.依从性差，难以按要求完成检查、治疗和术后复查

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with acute infections, severe wound contamination, unstable vital signs, or functional assessment of nerve repair could not be performed due to skin damage innervated by the nerve that required repair;
2) patients for whom functional assessment could not be performed due to joint stiffness controlled by the muscles innervated by nerves that required repair;
3) patients with neurological diseases or other diseases such as diabetes that may potentially affect the nervous system;
4) patients with chronic diseases, including gout and collagen disease, alcohol addiction, alcoholism, liver impairment, or renal dysfunction;
5) patients with poor compliance and patients who could not complete examinations, treatment, postoperative rehabilitation, or follow-up.
