研究目的：

床边脑电图（EEG）可以监测危重病人的脑功能变化。ICU患者常常建议使用轻度镇静，但镇静可能会影响脑电图读数。本研究探讨ICU重症患者右美托咪定镇静前后的脑电图特征，以明确镇静药物右美托咪定是否影响危重患者的脑电图监测结果。  

Objectives of Study：

Bedside electroencephalography (EEG) can monitor the changes in brain function in critical patients. Light sedation is recommended in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, but sedation might confuse the EEG readings. This study explored the EEG characteristics before and after dexmedetomidine-induced sedation in severe patients in the ICU. The results could indicate whether dexmedetomidine influences the EEG monitoring of critical patients.

纳入标准：

需要右美托咪定镇静治疗的合并多器官功能障碍的重症患者。

Inclusion criteria

Severe patients with multiple organ dysfunction requiring dexmedetomidine sedation.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁；
2.明确有颅脑外伤病史者；
2.联合其他镇静药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 18 years old;

2. Identify those with a history of craniocerebral trauma;

2. Combined with other sedative drugs.
