研究目的：

探讨运动训练对稳定期COPD患者肺康复的影响，为COPD患者肺康复提供新的康复策略和新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effect of exercise training on pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with COPD in stable phase and provide new rehabilitation strategies and new theoretical basis for pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合COPD诊断标准, 病情稳定4周以上，稳定期病情严重程度综合性评估分组为中重度或C、D组；维持COPD常规药物规范治疗，除吸入剂以外避免再使用激素，维持日常活动量。

Inclusion criteria

According to Global strategy for the diagnosis, management,and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease revised 2015, the patients met the diagnostic criteria for COPD, and the condition was stable for more than 4 weeks. The comprehensive assessment of the severity of the disease during the stable period was divided intomoderate and severe (group C and D). The conventional drug treatment for COPD was maintained. Except for inhalers, the use of hormones was avoided and the daily activity was maintained.

排除标准：

1. 除慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张、支气管肿瘤、肺结核、肺炎、真菌、刺激性气体或过敏引起的慢性咳嗽和喘息外的其他肺部疾病；
2. 排除有运动训练禁忌症的患者；
3. 影响肺氧化应激反应: 严重的肝、肾和内分泌疾病; 神经系统疾病，严重心脑血管疾病，结缔组织疾病，青光眼；
4. 正在接受抗氧化剂治疗的患者被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other lung diseases except COPD, chronic cough and wheezing caused by bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchial tumor, tuberculosis, pneumonia, fungus, irritant gas or allergy.
2. Patients with contraindications to exercise training were excluded.
3. Affect lung oxidative stress response: serious liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; Diseases of the nervous system; Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Connective tissue diseases; Glaucoma.
4. Patients who were being treated with antioxidants were excluded.

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researcher will record the data in the case report form completely, correctly and clearly, and double input into the corresponding data system to ensure the accuracy, authenticity and error of the data.
